Here is an email received by one of our dealers from a client using New Era Food for the first time

"Hey Derek,

I thought you might like some feedback on your new Era foods that I bought from you awhile ago. As you know I am running skimmer less so I monitor my tank closely and I am very attuned to any changes in it. I have no problem with hair algae or cyan bacteria but I do get a film on top of the water a few days after a water change. I usually skim it off with a jug between water changes and I know it is caused by feeding. It is a fine line of enough food and too much causing the film. Anyway, since I switched to the New Era food I have had zero problems of a film on the top of the water. Just for proof I switched back to what I had thought was quality food and the film returned within a few days. I am convinced that what New Era claims as only using quality ingredients and no fillers for is the reason for this."
