I'd second the seapen opinion. But it is a little hard to see the detail of the "feathery" end of the little guy. If the one end is infact "feathery" you hit a home run man, its a small sea pen for sure!!! SCORE!

It actually looks like a feather duster that has come out of its tube. I have seen these in my tank before when a feather dust decided to hitch a ride in the current away from where I originally put it.
