![]() If you're cycling to get in shape I find that cheaper and heavier gives a much better work out, that's why I have my Costco bike that sits in the shed all year. Just thinking of it right now is making me skinnier!

![]() Nice wheels (literally). In modding bikes I've always reduced rotational weight as much as possible, as I notice a huge difference. I've never been overly concerned with stationary weight, as that doesn't really seem to have too much of an effect.
