The majority of my pics are taken top down. Its by far the best way to capture the best colours. Here is a good one I took recently....

Cool. An Upside Down and Backwards Top Down ...

I would break a rib or pull my back trying to make that shot.

This last one is a feeble attempt to capture my giant purple pocci colony which is smack dab under the halide. Hard to take a pic without droping the phone in the water... all while being burnt by the light

Yes, that's the Obi-wan acro

I think that's a reflection off the acrylic sheet I use to take clear pictures.
