Listing this complete setup for my brother, who has decided to take a break from the hobby (dumbass!)

It is a nice setup, with properly done plumbing and good equipment. I'd consider it a steal at his asking price.

He's asking $400 OBO for the complete setup… priority to individuals interested in complete setup...Although I'm sure he'll change his mind if enough people are interested in the separate components

He's also selling the live rock and live sand separately and is open to offers on that. (About 75lbs of rock and 2" of sand)
