![]() (.. I haven't actually replaced a RO membrane yet
![]() So if I have my replacement membrane ... do I want to get it wet before putting it in? Or just put in and go? Do I want to discard the first little bit of water that comes out of it? Or is it good to go, right from the beginning?

![]() Just put the membrane in and you're good to go. Definatly discard the first little bit of water. Some brands have a certain ammount you need to flush before use in aquariums or as drinking water but go with 2 hours as reccomended by Aqua-Safe RO units.
