That's just silly. I mean, it's all "aquarium keeping", so why don't we get rid of all the forums and just have "aquarium forum".
"Reef" is the whole she-bang...dosing, corals, fish, live rock, lighting, etc. There are lots of coral specific questions getting asked all the time.
On the other hand, I don't know why anyone would be "against" making a separate forum. In the end, even if it rarely got used, what's the big deal? Doesn't really matter much. Although I think it would get used plenty.
