I think the ad is fine, it's kind of silly to ask for a low price without offering, that's the point of OBO. He only said no low-balls and has given a guideline price. e.g buy more than one piece and get a discount. (That's part of negotiations )

true yes, but i emailed him and asked what the lowest was and he said the prices are as low as he can really go. but yea either way its still a deal!!
