![]() Yes, thanks for responding. Two pics here. The first is the "fuzzy" area of concern. The second pic, to me anyway, perhaps appears to be a mix of green and purple coraline.
What concerns me is that the purple in the first pic matches that in the second. Which means if it's cyano, I'm starting to get it all over my tank ![]() ![]() ![]() Thanks in advance! |

![]() The purple/pink may be sponge. There are also some algaes that look almost like mushrooms - slimy and such
A clear pic in the water would be great, but someone else may recognize it now Could be green coralline ( lucky you ), but it could also be the beginnings of turf or hair algae Again, too hard for me to tell out of the water I had the turf start on my base rock. I believe there's lots of phosphates in most dry rock Don't fret it, it's all part of the maturing process |
