How do I get it out?

hehe ok I see your not understanding [img]smile.gif[/img] the white part is tisue over the skelaton.. and all the recovering I have been talking about is tissue not skelaton.. and this polyp is interfering with the tissue that is trying to recover in that area. (sorry I should have worded it like that in the beginning)
