Six lines can be very territorial and aggressive towards other wrasses. So it might harass your cleaner wrasse. Pretty much any wrasse from the genus Halichoeres may eat these snails the same as a six line. But for some reason the six lines are mentioned far more often.

It's the cleaner wrasse for sure. Had that same problem and when I took out the cleaner, it's all good
