![]() I'm not sure if they ever 100% confirmed it was the foam but a Canadian reefer took his tank down because everything "Foamy" was growing so much hair algae that it caused him to tear it all down.
Just keep that in mind... |

![]() In researching this myself, a lot of other reefers have stated that the black pond foam is better to use than Great Stuff.
It will resist uv better and you can skip the epoxy coating. |
