I have the 300watt finnex ones from BRS and like them a lot. Some people have had bad luck with them, but I think most have good experiences. I tested one out for about a year and just recently moved all of my tanks over to them, but they might be a different line from finnex as BRS doesn't seem to have mine in the 500w version.
