Sounds to me like you need some anonymous friends to collect some gear.
We had an issue here a couple years ago where 'so-and-so' walked away with almost everything, legally ...
It only took us a couple of trips to the yard to convince 'so-and-so' much of this stuff is not theirs.
Too bad you're so far away ... I like causing trouble and collecting things

I feel like making some sort of Awesomafiablyfantasmic smart ass comment. But I don't want to take it to the top, would rather see his thread sink into oblivion.

Eggs benni with thick sliced back bacon shredded hashbrowns, with peppers and mushrooms for breakfast a the nano residence... MMM could there be a more delicious way to start the day?
