Default id please (no pic, good description)

found new growth on my live rock.
looks exactly like an aiptasia, but completly transparent and with little white balls on the end of each tentical.

any ideas?


- very small + ****ty camera = no picture

i personally dont think they are harmful and they are neat looking.they are nocturnal and mostly found in dark places.you can feed it if you like, i feed it chopped mysis sometimes if im feeling generous lol they also come in orange my last tank had orange ones and my current tank has clear ones.

and if i remember correctly its actually a mushroom and not an anemone so the names def misleading lol

agreed, very neat looking.
only have a few softies in my tank, so its nice to have anything new grow in there.

about how big will it get ?

not very big maybe loonie sized at best, theres prob more then you think they hide well
