Price matching and lowest price ?

In my opinion i never hurts to ask in my opinion especially if you are repeat customer. Usually if you talk to the right person they are able to discount the price by a minimun of 10%. I done this before in Calgary.

That being said though as you mentioned customer service is very important to me so I don't mind paying a bit extra for items.

Myself I ask if the price can be matched and if not I buy from the place with the best price. Its an expensive hobby and every bit of $$ saved is a bonus. Also one can bartar as I have learnt there is a very high markup on some items. Some places have high prices and lousy customer service which boggles my mind how they stay in business.
