as the title says i am looking for some sand or gravel that is meant for growing plants in, if you have some please PM

you can actually use normal playsand to grown plants in. if your growing plants youll need to dose with ferts so anything works to grow plants. In my 50 gallon i have playsand and in my 10 and 20 gallons i have black sand. i have good plant growth in all tanks

if you are looking for something specifically for plants look into flourite. most shops have it.

I use Shultz Pond Soil for all my planted tanks. Cost is about 20 a bag and 3 bags will cover a 48" x 12" bottom with a depth of about 2 "
