I found this thread quite informative when it came down to the amount of things that can bother or kill zoanthids is amazing. I am sure there are more then just the 25 listed here, but I guess it is a start.

Have you tried a Peroxide dip? Daniella3D had me do a peroxide dip for a similar reason, I dont know if it would work in your case but the zoo's I dipped are comming back!!!
 maybe its worth a shot?
