seeing that you are good with plastic i wanted to get a new collection cup made for my MCE 500 and wanted to see if you are up for the job. something bigger alot bigger then that little cup

ah, unfortunately I probably wont have the times these days to do much DIY things. Theres also another problem with a bigger cup for the MCE500/600 skimmers. You essentially will lose the ability to adjust the height of the cup if you go out of the allotted space.
