Why on earth would you want to do that??

I spent countless hours in the treatment plant in Kelowna, you could taste the waste days after leaving! blech!!

But yes, a course would be great for people to get an idea of how it's done. All very similar to our tanks!

You should try visiting a pig farm. Don't have to touch anything, but sprinkle some water on your hair after you leave and you can literally empty a bus of riders within a minute or so.

Great idea ScubaSteve. Once its been decided, I will see if I can work my schedule around to make it to the workshop.

I would be more than interested. It helps when you know what you're doing. So, I really want to learn.

That is an excellent idea. I would be in for sure!!!

Very generous of you to take the time to prepare material and offer this course for free.

I'm glad to see many of you are interested. Ok, I'll do it. It'll take me a while to put it all together, so I'll need some time.

I'm going to try and put it together so that I cover as many aspects of water treatment in the aquaria sense. Can anyone suggest some topics you like to see? I'll cover skimmers, bioreactors (and carbon dosing) and flocculation (ie. why your tank looks like a dust storm and how you can fix it). Anything else you want to see?
