The Radion Users club
After now distributing 56 Radions in 10 day it was clear this product was going to become huge, so for all the users to this amazing new LED system we have set up this thread where you can post your questions and share your expereinces and photos.

I'll be the first to admit I was excited to see this product in action. I would love to hear from actual owners. I have actually delayed my build on my new tank by a year to see how the fan on the bottom of the fixture is going to pan out with salt creep and water evaporation. I am interested to see the sunrise/sunset and lightning and clouds with multiple unit sets ups not just the one unit set up. I'd also like to see those with systems that are synced to the powerheads.

I can answer the fan concern.
The whole area is sealed no electrical internal components can be effected by salt. I think Ecotech made some statement about this. Hope that helps. |

I was just reading on RC where a guy bought 12 Radions for his tank!!
Must be nice to be rich and operate/own a 500 gallon tank with 12 Radions hanging above it! |

I"m having some issues with the update. Do I really need to remove the old software to download the update?

Thats exactly what I had to do just a few mins ago is uninstall the old version then dwld new version. According to update features all updates should dwld automatically now. Only visual difference I see is an advanced setting tab. Also read where they can be now configured the the pumps now also with this update.

one of the updates was a big one dealing with the programing of the lights. Every time you went back to a manual saved point on your graph, the brightness setting would automatically default back to 100%
