Nikon for me as well, also use to have a D70s now I use D300.

Nice, I've been entertaining the idea of moving to a D300. How do you like it?

I like it although I doubt an upgrade from a D200 would be worth while, very similar cameras. If I were to upgrade I'd just spend the extra cash on the D700.
