TOTM on Reefcentral uses a combination 2 economical salts - Oceanic (high in Ca and Mg) and Instant Ocean (high Alk) to offset the short comings of both salts. Thought it was good idea rather than supplementing lots Ca to boost Instant Ocean.

why do you want over 400 anyways?
I found my best growth and color using IO and maintaining at about 380 to 390ppm Ca and I ran my alk higher than normal. Steve
