Unfortunately, shrimp will devour Stomatella. Cleaner shrimp, peppermints .. it sucks to be a Stomatella when things with claws live in the tank.

That's a hungry shrimpf! Cleaners have been known and do eat snails etc. He's definitely trying to eat it.
