If the water holding that LR isnt circulated or heated, what you actually have there is dead, wet rock.

well damn its not circulated or heated just in salt water :/

Whats it worth now as I guess it needs to be reseeded?

Is there any difference from keeping it in water now vs. just dumping the water?
