ok got to find your ballast section of there site and pick two 4' HO bulbs, then ... bah never mind her eit is

a 4 foot VHO is 110 watts but if you run them at HO levels it will only be about 70 watts so yes it will power two VHO tubes to HO levels easy. if you do it in series (which they don't show as it isn't feasable for general lighting that is going to be turned on and off several times a day) you can run two 48" VHO tubes to full power.
