Ive never heard of nor seen red cheato. What does it look like? Can you post a pic?

I cant find anything on google either. Can you find any macro algae pics online that are similar so we can see ?

Hummm ... maybe I called it the wrong name, I couldn't find the picture of it either. Might it be called red algae ? Can someone help ?

not red algae. There are lots of different kinds of red algae. Heres a site with red macro algae pictures. Maybe its one of these common ones?

Thanks Skabooya, I found it. Its called Gracilaria Parvisipora.
And I live close to Richmond Centre.
