I've had them for 3.5 months and lime I've said, I'll wait 6 months. So far the colour and growth seem normal for my tank. Some corals are almost touching the water surface and they weren't 3 months ago. My complaint is the fan noise. Build quality seems good. I believe Aquarium Illusions are selling the same units for $600 and I got them for just over $300 shipped. I hope this helps.
