New lights, what is safe for SPS

It is this one, just got it yesterday.

36" 2x250W HQI DE 15K+4x39W T5 actinics+12xblue LED's + 2x cooling fans

Thanks man I would like to follow along progress for growth & coloration after the new light is settled are you able to post pics? How high do those legs actually hold it above the surface? That's alot of light for a 3 footer!
