I do admit that I cheered for Vancouver to beat San Jose, I can't stand that group of jerk-offs. I really tried getting on board with the Canucks to win the cup but I can't. Much like when calgary made their run, I cheered for them for one game and felt dirty afterwards. Not even a scalding bath in Javex made me feel clean. I heard on an Edmonton sports talk radio show yesterday that one Vancouver fan e-mailed and said Kesler was a better playoff performer than Mark Messier. That was good for a laugh. Anyway, enough said...Go Boston!

You're probably closer to the bruins than the canucks in chilliwack anyways.

Vancouver doesnt need any more fans out this way, I'm sure boston could use 1 or 2 so good riddance.

not realy, more of what would be expected from a grade 4 student

on a serious note.. The canuckel heads better be bringing there "A" game, I was hoping Tampa bay would win cuz then Van would be playing against a team that isn't big hitting and when they play against thoes teams they play good, but.... Boston is a big team and they hit, probably the biggest hitting team in the league, but if not then close to it. and we all know what happens to the sudin's when they are getting hit a lot.. they basicly shut down like the beginning of the play offs.

I think to win this series the sudins are going to have to be a lot tougher, and they need to turn Raffi lose with a purpose.

First off, as a Canucks fan, Thomas scares the crap out of me, when he is on, he is the best in the game.

Here's hoping the BRUINS "live up to their past playoff records and fold like a bad poker hand when they meet the" CANUCKS. A quoute that may jog your memory about last year... "In the third period it was Simon Gagne again who doomed the Bruins with a power play goal at 12:52, as the Bruins became just the third team in NHL history to lose a series they once led 3-0."

Ouch, sorry bud, this is our year!

Bruins special teams are special all right. 8% powerplay will not earn the team the cup!

Tough series but the Canucks 3rd and 4th lines will be the straw that breaks the Bruins back. Boston just doesn't have the depth Vancouver does.
And Daryl, as for comparing playoff records one isn't any better than the other. 39 years for Boston and 40 years for Vancouver.

Yeah I know, but the Canucks haven't had all 4 lines clicking in one series so I am hoping that plays into the Bruins game, and I am hoping Thomas continues his winning record against them. I am worried about the Bruins special teams, lousy pp thi playoffs. but it all boils down to who will win 4 games. The rule is that in a best of 7 series the better team almost always wins.

This thread is rediculous. It's understandable to have friendly ribbing and loyalties to your fav team, but personal attacks are completely uncalled for and will jeprodise your membership at Canreef.

Chill out people
