Is Balling really so important for a lps tank and softies. if im not using alot of Cal /ALK MAg

Mike the reason is tha I am stil using the Kal stirrer and my ALk s sitting at 11.3DKH with a drip every sec so my evaporation rate isn't alot. Now I know that using Kalk it will cause the Magesium to go down so there is a reason for may be just dosing Magnesium , but looking at the MAG im not going thur alot if the either.

Just to let you know we are in the process of developing our own balling salt in conjunction with a renowned company. We expect to have the product finalised later this year.
