If you don't mind going to the states Salty Supply has them for $739.74 shipping included via USPS (no brokerage charges this way). Not sure who in Canada has stock on them.

Aquarium Illusions in Edmonton brought in a Reef Octopus I wanted. Very competitive price and delivered on time as quoted.

I plan to buy the internal version of that skimmer and will be going with either Reef Specialty or Aquacave as they both ship happily to Canada. Was going to go with OC but they stopped carrying them in favor of SWC...which I'm not as big a fan of.
