Biggest Aquarium on a floor

We're building out 320 in to a wall of our new place and the engineer assured me that even with the sump, the water, the rock, etc. things would be fine because the floor joists run perpendicular to the tank and they run off one mother of a central beam that is supported by a steel post.

Like everyone says, it all depends on the floor.
