Finally we decide to stop the bio-pellet reactor after 8 months of use.
Reason : start STN spots in some corals ... and the readings of several posts on on forums describing problems after 6 months of bio-pellets ... Our hair Algea problem is nearly eliminated we decided to stop the pellets ... So we reinstalled Matrix in the mediar eactor (nextreef)... Last night: large water change of 30% and cleaning of the sump (Berlin)... 6 new SPS in the quarantine tank! which will be place in the main tank in the coming weeks, if everything is ok.
