I've gotten a fish hitchhiker before. Truly amazing too, I meet up with a guy in a store parking lot once years ago (I was buying live rock from him) and the guy was coming in from out of town. When I met him he had a Styrofoam box full of live rock for me and the box had less then an inch of water in the bottom of it. When I got home and started to unpack it all I noticed something moving around in the bottom of the box. Low and behold it was a lawnmower blenny The very small amount of water in the bottom of the box was cold, I still have no idea how the blenny survived until I found him hours after the live rock had first been packed.

I would not worry just yet about your jawfish Doug, tonight I seen my Flasher wrasse that I have not seen in a month or more. I just hope my Canary wrasse peaks it head out to say hi soon to.
