the 2011 make-over as started!!

some colonies were sold yesterday!
In march we will get new SPS!!

Well someone I'm sure someone got some nice stuff Are you looking for full size colonies or starting from frags ?

150g reef, 55g sump, T5's, Vertech 200A, Profilux III - German made is highly over rated, should just say Gerpan made.

small and medium size colonies... can put more wen it's not large!
also maybe frags... if we dont find bigger size and if it's really really "unique"

update:

the monti capricornis did not like to be re-glued (after the latest LR slide)..they bleach

New adition to the set-up: a quarantine/hospital tank
It's a 33g connected to the set-up with valves to separate it when in use...
The new SPS colonies will go in there before being placed in the main tank

Installation of the quarantine tank:



we put a valve in the water inlet so that we can shot it to quanrantine the tank from the main systeme

today we are going to install the second tank (on the upper-shelf) that's going to be a frag tank.

Looks like the bulb is around 14K. Maybe consider a 10K for qt. It might make it easier to spot something and it will encourage growth - albeit at the possible cost of colouration.
