feeding frenzie

So dont you hate when you walk through the door and look at your tank and right away you can see sh@t is going south.Today i came home and found my new cleaner shrimp huddled in a corner fighting for his life .My clown, green spot puffer and bannana wrass decide he was food , thing is he was almost twice the size of all of them but they where hunting him as a pack and managed to eat his tail before i came over and broke it up.Now the shrimp is dead and im kinda afraid to put my hand in the tank now , the fish are organizing and it cant be good !

he is less than the size of my thumb and has never been a problem , he wont even eat the amphipods rolling around my tank .
