![]() If your system is as the one described in your sig, then technically your tanks(sump and display) are linked together by the 'column' of water between them called your return line, and potentially your drain. The lines can act just like electrical wires tying the water bodies together... so something in your sump could also be causing the stray voltage. Just tossing that out there.
