Buckerfield's sells them, although they are abit pricey. They also have a no name brand they can order. THere is a Buckerfield's in Richmond I think.

This mught sound like a stupid question but what is a Rubber Maid stock tank?

Big black tub like Cora has her rock in. They come in different sizes.
