Sunlight Supply's Teklight series are an affordable light with solid construction. If you're a little richer look at ATI's Powermodules.

As for bulbs it's all personal preference..... Just stick with the quality brands like ATI, Giessmann, KZ, etc. Avoid the cheapo's like Current and Corallife.

I Like my light to be on the blue side so I would do maybe:

Actinic
Aquablue Plus
10000K
Aquablue Plus
Fiji Purple
Actinic
