Vertex Ilumina Great Customer Service

Well when ever i touched the light i would notice a tingle just thought i was crazy no one else would feel it. Until tonight my electrician buddy reached in the frag tank and got a tingle. Checked for stray voltage and it is hardly detectable. Did a little testing on the light and got 50 volts
