Vortech Easy warranty process

Aqua Digital Inc are pleased to offer we hope the best possible warranty process if required for Vortech products.

If you suffer a warranty failure

1. Contact Ecotech to establish the fault, if not clear or apparent.
2. Contact your vendor and establish if they are an Aqua Digital supplied Vortech Vendor and provide details as to what is faulty i.e wet side or dry side or both.
3. If the vendor has stock on hand they will provide you with the replacement part/pump, if they are unsure of this ask them to call us immediately
4. If LFS does not have parts not on hand we will ship directly to your dealer the next day.
5. After 3 months dealers return to us all warranty items for return to Ecotech.
6. All dealers will have replacment parts sent to them in the coming weeks for even easier replacement.
7. Please note - We do not repair warranty items we replace with new assemblies I.e wet side or dry side.

Simple - no hassle

If you purchased online elsewhere and ONLY if your local LFS is willing to do this, we will also honour the warranty through your chosen dealer, however this is completely down to your LFS to decide if they are willing to do this for you, we can not force them to or even ask them to.

Pumps wear out and we all know this so we hope this easy no hassle replacement proceedure helps everyone.
