Default reducing algae
will increasing the flow in my tank decrease the amount of green algae that grows in my live rocks???

no, I find increased fow increases the green algae. Cut down nutrients and get a good skimmer. The seaclone isn't a good skimmer. Water changes with RO/DI will help also.
