Ok I just got back from testing the water
SG 1.025 (refractometer)
PH 8.2
Ammonia not detected
Nitrite and Nitrate not detected
Alkalinity 3.00 (Added baking soda to bring it up to 4.00)
Calcium 380 (ive been bringing it up gradually to get to 420. This used to be very very low)
Temperature 78F
I have a 28gal long tank. Tunze 9002 which runs 12 hours a day.

I took a really good look at her after the testing. Her fin is getting a lot better. The pale-ness of her skin looks like its from a film on her body. No dots at all. Normal poop. Her eye is cloudy but more white than her skin is. The other eye is fine.

I will try and get a picture of her but she likes to hide behind my rockwork with the peppermint shrimp. We will see what i can get.

I would like to dip her tonight and get her in the QT tonight but i want to make sure the water temp doesnt fluxuate in case I have the heater on too low or too high. Currently its at 82F which is good but not all the salt has dissolved for some reason. I still need to test SG in that tank but i wanted to wait until salt was completely dissolved.

Do i feed garlic pieces?
How long should she be in a fw dip? 5 min?
