Does anyone else have this type of algae and if so do you have any problems with it taking over your tank? I have some that came in on a multi coloured zoo rock and seems to stay just on this rock. It is the most vibrant lime green.

I have something similar. Not quite a lime green, more of a forest green. So might not be the exact same thing, can't be sure.

Very tough stuff and not too quick growing in my tank. I've had it for a number of years now and it doesn't seem to be problem. It's very tough to pick off the rock though. Right now I have it in my sump so I don't know how it's doing I haven't really checked on my macros in my sump for a while (sump is lit it's where I keep my mangroves). Basically it's just habitat for all manner of small things ('pods, mini-brittlestars, etc.)
