Default timing for replacing all my bulbs

I should be receiving my new bulbs next week. 4 ati 12k & 2 ati true atinic.
Just wondering how T5 users change bulbs to deal with bulb break in time. I've never read much on break in times does anyone know how long?

Thanks

Raise your fixture up and than slowly bring it back down to the desired position. A week to do this is fine, but I usually use two

I change a bulb or two every few days or weeks so there is little to no ill effects.

Perhaps one day when led fixtures are more affordable to the average reefer I might even think of buying one. Currently T5's are affordable and can grow sps which is perfect for me. My bulbs didn't get to my door before the long weekend so I think they will arrive on Tuesday.
