Thanks Eric.
I took a look on the Maxspect Canada site and Kelly's site but only saw pics of the top enclosure of the fixture.
It looks great from the top and side but was more interested in the actual LED side view.

Default G2 60 watt

Just for everyones knowledge, the bracket or hanging arm on the 60w unit is made from heavy duty aluminum and is powder coated in black. The span for mounting on a rimless style tank is 5/8" or about 15.5 mm.

Thanks
Eric

Thanks for the updates here Eric.

That single 60W module illuminates your 60 gallon tank? How sweet is that?

THE REEF SHOPPE continues to offer the 5% discount on our initial shipment. The catch is that customers are only eligible for the 5% discount for orders placed prior to July 31. Pre-order your MAXSPECT fixture today!!!

Question How heavy is it????

Hey everyone, I've had several request for unit weights and will get back to you about this today for those that want to know about the nano version ( weight pull on the rim) as well as the larger units for deciding on options for hanging the units with custom canapies.

Thanks for all the questions

Eric

Just as I thought the weights were for the entire units and not just for the fixtures. Here is a break down of the units and controllers. My light weight scale was not working and the other weights were sent from the factory, sorry for the confusion.

Weight of the fixtures:

60w: 2.5kg (controller 1.5kg, LED 1kg)
110w/160w: 5kg (controller 2kg, LED 3kg)
170w/230w: 8kg (controller 2kg, LED 6kg)
