Oakville Reef Gallery
SeaUMarine (great fish selection)

Depends on when you're coming too. There's a smaller shop downtown that gets neglected by 99% of reefers in Toronto called Menagerie. They specialize mainly in nano-friendly livestock, but they do get some really neat stuff that none of the other stores order
