What is your definition of reasonable? In this hobby you tend to get what you pay for.

As suggested already, your tank will benefit from the use of some well place powerheads for water movement. They will help to break down and dissolve fish poop so that it can be skimmed out by your skimmer or filtered out by your filter.

i bought a nano wave box off ebay for my 220 off of waterki for around $230.i have had no problems with it and it can really move the water around-comparable to the tunze(?)wavebox at $600
