It comes with the bulkheads for the overflow but has flexible pipe glued inside so you will probably need a union or two depending on what you want to do. The return lines are complete including the bulkheads and loc-line. The union and flex pipe for the return is there as well.Again, depending on your needs you may or may not need longer hose/pipe so another union may be required. I had a 20g tank under the stand for a sump with room for a refugium, small skimmer, filter bag and return section. If I were to redesign I might opt for no refugium (maybe hang-on back) and space for a larger skimmer.
